Welcome to Zen Readings. By booking a session through our website, by phone, or via text, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These policies help us maintain a clear, respectful, and fair environment for all clients and staff.

1. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings are accepted via our website, by text, or by calling our official Zen Readings phone number.

  • We offer flexibility for elderly clients and those who may not be computer-savvy by assisting with bookings over the phone or by text.

  • All bookings require pre-payment to confirm the appointment, regardless of the booking method.

  • Website bookings must be made at least 1 hour in advance. Payment must be submitted before the 1-hour mark for the booking to be accepted.

  • Please note: our phone line may be busy during active readings. In those cases, we will follow up via text or return your call once available.

2. Late Policy & No-Shows

  • Clients are given a 5-minute grace period to join their session.

  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late are considered a no-show and forfeit the appointment.

  • However, if the time slot has not been filled and the client calls within a reasonable window, they may receive the remainder of their scheduled time at the discretion of Zen Readings.

  • This accommodation is not guaranteed and depends on the reader’s availability.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Appointments booked in advance must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to qualify for a refund or reschedule.

  • Same-day appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 3 hours in advance.

  • Missed appointments or last-minute changes made outside these windows are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.

  • While we may, at our discretion, offer to reschedule or extend a courtesy credit, this is not guaranteed and depends on availability.

  • Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Session Extensions

  • If the schedule permits, clients may request to extend their session.

  • Extensions are charged based on our standard pricing and must be paid at the time of extension.

  • We use an internal alarm system to track time and ensure fair timing for all clients.

5. Client Conduct

  • Zen Readings is a respectful and safe space for all.

  • Clients are expected to speak and behave with kindness, politeness, and consideration toward all staff members.

  • Any form of verbal abuse, manipulation, or repeated boundary violations may result in immediate banning and loss of booking privileges.

6. Communication Policy

  • All communication must go through our official Zen Readings business line or email.

  • Direct contact with individual readers (including Gloria) outside of official channels is not permitted.

  • Attempts to bypass our system may result in suspension or banning.

7. ADA Accessibility

  • We are committed to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

  • We are happy to provide reasonable accommodations, which must be requested 48 hrs in advance of the appointment.

  • Our website supports screen readers and allows font scaling via browser/device settings.

8. Promotions & Discounts

  • We offer a $5 discount for first-time clients, and we occasionally provide referral rewards or special promotions.

  • These offers are subject to change without notice.

9. Account Suspension or Ban

  • We reserve the right to suspend or ban a client account for repeated policy violations, disrespectful behavior, or inappropriate communication.

  • Suspended accounts may be reinstated if the client acknowledges past behavior and agrees to follow our policies moving forward.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, submitting payment, or engaging with our services, you are confirming that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
